The emails with you form submissions come from root@localhost.dreamservers.com so you may need to check your Spam folder or Junk folder. You might also want to add that email address as a contact in your email contacts.
Additionally, you can access all of the forms that have ever been filed out on your website by logging into the backend of your website and clicking on the last button labeled Form Database. All forms are kept there and can be viewed. Here is a screenshot of the button:
After clicking the Form Database button you will see all your forms. You can view each individual form by clicking on the "Post Values"
